Consultation Pricing
Initial Consultation — $350 • 60 minutes
Follow-Up Visit — $175 • 30 minutes
Your visit includes a comprehensive symptom and health history review, discussion of midlife hormonal changes, an individualized treatment plan, education and guidance, and recommendations for next steps including lab work, prescriptions, and follow-up care when appropriate.
Why Leeoni Health is Fee-for-Service
Leeoni Health operates as a direct-pay practice. This model allows appointments to focus on thoughtful, individualized care without the constraints of insurance billing. By removing insurance-based visit limitations, Leeoni Health is able to offer longer appointments, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing support tailored to each patient's needs.
Medicare Eligibility
Leeoni Health is a direct-pay medical practice and does not bill or participate in the Medicare program. If you are currently enrolled in Medicare, please be aware that Medicare will not cover or reimburse services provided at Leeoni Health. If you are unsure about your Medicare enrollment status, please contact the office prior to scheduling so we can help determine whether our services are appropriate for you.
Payment Policy
Leeoni Health is a private fee-for-service practice and does not bill insurance. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle and major debit or credit cards. A superbill may be provided upon request for patients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
Payment for your visit will be processed two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Once payment is successfully processed, your appointment will be considered confirmed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least two business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than two business days' notice will be subject to the following fees: $100 for new patient consultations and $50 for follow-up visits.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration for the time reserved for your care.
Additional Information
Leeoni Health primarily provides care through secure telehealth consultations.
If laboratory testing is recommended, patients may complete testing at a national or local laboratory convenient to them. Common laboratory providers include LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, though other laboratories may be used when appropriate. Laboratory orders and instructions will be provided following your consultation.
Laboratory testing and prescription costs are not included in visit fees.
