Meet Your Provider

Many women navigating midlife health changes find themselves moving from one appointment to another, searching for clear answers. Symptoms such as sleep disruption, fatigue, anxiety, depression, limb numbness, and palpitations are often addressed in isolation rather than understood within the broader context of hormonal transition.

This gap in care became both professionally and personally apparent to me.

As a clinician with over a decade of experience, I was trained to assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions. As an educator, I have also been committed to helping others develop that same level of clinical understanding.

Outside of medicine, I was balancing the many roles so many women carry—wife, mother, caregiver for aging parents, and often the one others rely on to keep everything running smoothly. When my own health began to shift, I experienced changes such as poor sleep, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating—subtle at first, but enough to make it harder to keep up in the way I always had.

As I heard similar concerns from other women, it became clear that midlife health often lacked clarity. I began exploring the research surrounding perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy more deeply.

What I found was a lack of both clear treatment options and guidance. Women were often left to navigate overwhelming information on their own, without a clear understanding of what applied to them or what was evidence-based.

Leeoni Health was created in response to that need.

I combine my clinical background with focused study in midlife hormonal health to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care. I identify patterns rather than treating symptoms in isolation, helping patients better understand what is happening in their bodies.

CONTINUITY OF CARE

Your care begins with a thorough review of your medical history, current symptoms, and health goals. This evaluation helps identify patterns and develop a care plan tailored to your individual needs.

Treatment recommendations are guided by established research and clinical experience. Depending on your needs, care may include hormonal or non-hormonal strategies designed to support your overall health and reflect your unique health needs.

Continuous Partnership

Care does not end after the initial visit. Follow-up visits allow us to monitor progress, address new concerns, and adjust your treatment plan as your health changes over time.
